Today we're going to be talking about a popular online background check service called BeenVerified. One question that is often asked is, "Does BeenVerified actually work?" Well, I’m here to break down what it does for you guys and show you how it works and why It’s one of my favorite websites to conduct background checks. Alright first of all, let's talk about what BeenVerified is. In short, it’s an online platform that allows you to run background checks on people by simply entering their name, and the engine searches various databases to pull up any publicly available information about them in a matter of a few clicks. First, I looked up a friend of mine. And he doesn't have much of an online presence, so I wasn't sure what I'd find. But sure enough, when I ran his report, I discovered that he had a few traffic violations on his record. Nothing too serious, but it was still interesting to know things that he’s probably unaware of. And finally, I decided to run a report on myself. After all, this is a test to insure its accuracy. The Keep Reading reports came back pretty detailed, with the engine correctly listing my previous addresses, phone numbers, and even a few social media profiles I had forgotten about from a long time ago. So, in my experience, yes - BeenVerified does work. Of course, there are always going to be limitations to any background check service. For example, if someone has a very common name, it might be harder to pull up accurate results. And some information, like bankruptcy filings or medical records, is generally not available to the public. Okay, so let's talk about safety for a second. I get it, putting your personal info out there can be pretty nerve-wracking. But honestly, I was pleased by how secure and safe BeenVerified is. They take their privacy policies seriously, and they have top-notch encryption technology to protect your information. Plus, they only provide access to public records, so you don't have to worry about any sketchy or unauthorized access to your private data. And if you're still hesitant, fortunately you can always opt-out of their database and have your info removed from their site. With that being said, if you do have a legitimate reason to run a background check, I believe BeenVerified is a great option. Not only is it affordable and user-friendly, but it also provides a lot of information. Plus, it's backed by a team of customer support agents who are available to answer any questions that you might have. Although a potential downside for BeenVerified is that it's not always up-to-date, so If someone has recently moved or changed their name, it might take a while for that information to show up in the engine's results. So while it can be a useful service, it's not perfect by any means. But it's definitely worth considering if you're in the market for a background check service. In conclusion, I think BeenVerified is a legitimate and useful background check service. It provides a lot of information for a relatively low cost, and it's easy to use.
