Find a dealer and company that regularly go ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of the customer. I have talked with the owner of Ball Equipment and he definitely wants to make this situation right and make sure that it doesn't happen to anyone else at his dealership. I have never been able to actually speak to a person at Husqvarna. I also linked webpage share a lot of information I like this learned from the comments section of my mower video. I made a lot of mistakes throughout this process and I will be sharing some of them and what I have learned to hopefully help others have a much better buying experience. I truly appreciate all of the support and feedback! I will ask though that unless you have actually dealt with Ball Equipment you refrain from leaving Google reviews or calling them about the video as they are aware of it and the owner is addressing it. The employee I dealt with does not even work at that location anymore.
