Written and directed by Simon Stone after Henrik Ibsen, the production is currently in previews ahead of an opening night tomorrow, 18 September. It just click the next post runs until 8 November. Stone’s production follows Ellida as she questions her life with her doctor husband when a former lover reappears. Stone’s recent work includes Yerma at the Young Vic and Phaedra at the National Theatre. This will be his first production at the Bridge. Alicia Vikander plays Ellida alongside Andrew Lincoln as Edward. The cast also includes Isobel Akuwudike as Hilda, Joe Alwyn as Heath, Brendan Cowell as Finn Marcet, John Macmillan as Lyle and Gracie Oddie-James as Asa. Understudies are Daniel Gregory, Sarah Moss, Sadhbha Odufuwa-Bolger and Nathan Wiley.
