Dr Toby Greene is a lecturer in the Political Studies Department at Bar Ilan University. He was formerly a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow at Queen Mary University of London’s School of Politics and International Relations and a post-doctoral fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Our Voice of the Fortnight is “The Lachish Story”, a film from the Steven Spielberg Archive at Hebrew University. The film shows Moroccan immigrants’ journey from France to Israel in the early years of statehood, and the adjustment of one family to life in a moshav in the Lachish region.
