Rachael Liss serves as the European Policy and Development Coordinator for the Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP). Prior to ALLMEP, she worked at Encounter Programs, an ALLMEP member, focusing on Jewish leadership on the Israeli-Palestinian reality, doing programs and operations. Rachael holds a MSc in International Relations from the LSE and a Masters in International Security from Sciences Po Paris, as well as a BA in Political Science from Amsterdam University College.
