Olga Kirschbaum-Shirazki was born and raised in Canada and received her MA in Medieval Studies (UofT) and a PhD in Modern European history (NYU). She is a co-founder and editor of the Tel Aviv Review of Books, a visiting fellow at the Tel Aviv Institute, and an educator, researcher, and translator. Her areas of work focus on intergroup and interreligious relations as well as modern politics.
