Emmanuel Navon is an international relations expert who lectures at Tel Aviv University (TAU) and at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC). He is a senior fellow at the Kohelet Policy Forum and at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS). His latest book is The Star and the Scepter: A Diplomatic History of Israel (Jewish Publication Society/University of Nebraska Press, 2020).
