Elai Rettig is a Neubauer Research Fellow at the INSS and a Ph.D. candidate and lecturer at the School of Political Science in the University of Haifa. His research focuses on energy policy and security in Israel and the international system, on resource conflicts in the Middle East and on the ‘resource curse’ phenomenon.
