Craig Whiteside is an associate Professor of National Security Affairs for the Naval War College Monterey (located at the Naval Postgraduate School). Craig came to the War College from Washington State University, where he earned a PhD in Political Science and taught American Government and National Security Affairs. Prior to his time at Washington State, Professor Whiteside was an infantry officer in the US Army and an Iraq war veteran. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy and the US Army Command and General Staff College.
