They fear retribution from the people living in a collection of RVs just feet from their homes. Neighbors tell KATU News they’ve seen these people displaying weapons like machetes and bats. They say they’ve found human waste and pop over here needles in their yards, and one neighbor even says her house and windows have been shaken by a propane tank explosion.
