More beef recipes: click here to investigate How to Make Pigar-Pigar ✅Ingredients 1 small cabbage, chopped 1 large onion 1 ½ pounds beef sirloin 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Canola oil ✅Instructions Chop the cabbage and slice the onion. Slice the beef sirloin thinly. In a bowl, season beef with salt and pepper. Marinate for 1 hour. In a pan over medium heat, heat about 3 inches of canola oil to 350 F. Deep-fry beef in batches until lightly browned and fully cooked. Add chopped cabbage and cook for 3 minutes. Add sliced onion and cook for 1 minute.
