INGREDIENTS • 150 grams Vermicelli Rice Noodles (Soaked in warm water) • 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs (Diced) • 1 cup Shrimps (peeled and deveined) • 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine • 2 tbsp a fantastic read Light Soy Sauce • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce • 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil • 1/2 cup Shallots (Chopped) • 3 cloves Garlic (Chopped) • 1 cup Carrot (Grated) • Green Onion see page (for garnished) • 2 Eggs INSTRUCTIONS • With the 2 eggs, cook an omelette, slice it into strips and set aside • Combine in a mixing bowl, Chinese cooking wine, light and dark soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and oyster sauce. Mix well. • Set aside about 6 tbsp of the soy mixture in a small bowl • Add diced chicken with the remaining sauce.
