Ms Lee Hui Ying, 35, is the director of communications at Temasek Foundation. She has been volunteering in Nee Soon GRC since she was 19. Mr Shanmugam identified Ms Goh and Dr Syed Harun as potential political office holders who can “go far in helping govern the country as a whole”.
