Recipe: 5-6 slices of bacon 3 tbsp of reserved bacon fat 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 2.5 cups half and half 1 can (10.5oz) Campbell’s® Cheddar Cheese Soup 3-4 lbs of Yukon Gold Potatoes, washed 4 oz swiss cheese, shredded 6 oz gruyere cheese, shredded ¾ cup sour cream Chives or green onion Salt and pepper Preheat the oven to 400 F and place the slices of bacon on a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for 16-18 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Remove the foil and bake for 15-20 more minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. Then remove from the oven and spread the sour cream over the top of the potatoes before topping that off with the shredded gruyere cheese and broiling for 4-5 mins on High.
