Maybe you have an injury mouse click the next webpage that prevents your from being able to, you don't have the mobility, or maybe your gym just doesn't have a barbell. The setup for this movement is basically the same as with a barbell back squat. You can have the dumb bells by your side or resting at shoulder level. Either way make sure related to push your knees out as you begin to squat.
